It was a free concert that had a ton of food and a very chill crowd. One day 2, I saw a single police officer. Otherwise, there was no security and seemingly no need for any.
As Meta said, the people were all about enjoying the night with no drama. I was snapping photos “in the pit” both nights and despite the crowds and the heat, I don’t even think anyone bumped into me! It was the most peaceful “pit” I’ve ever seen.
The performances were all very good. The first night we saw 3 pop performers. The 2nd night had a bunch of Hip Hop MC’s, which was certainly a better night for me. Here are a bunch of photos from two great nights.
