I didn’t realize that Cardiff was actually in Wales when people said it was so close to Bristol. It’s funny because a lot of English people told me that Bristol and Bath were nice, but I should skip Cardiff. In Cardiff, we were told that the people in Wales are really nice – unlike England.
Basically, Wales felt like Bolivia and Laos. It is a little country overshadowed by its more famous neighbor. That said, we had an awesome day walking around Cardiff and seeing Cardiff Castle. They even had some Egyptian artifacts in their museum, which was totally unexpected.
