This is a special episode. When I finally thought I settled on an idea for this project, Caro was the first potential interviewee that heard about the idea. We chatted for a while about the country and I got to hear about some of her experiences. Almost 4-5 months after that initial conversation, we sat down to talk about Chile.
Caro is someone that I was looking forward to interview and I hope enjoy listening to this episode as much I we had discussing Chile. Although we’ve only met in person twice, I consider her a friend and she’s just a great person. Like any good friend, she laid out spots that were “must see” in Chile to experience the special places she’s been in her country. Our plans hit (almost) all of them.
